docs: D4 verified end to end — relaunch signs in with no passphrase
The last thing that could only be checked on a real desktop. The application was
quit and relaunched on Ubuntu GNOME and signed in with the device key alone;
safeStorage is genuinely keyring-backed (secrets.bin carries Chromium's v11
prefix, where the fixed-key fallback would write v10).
