AES-256-GCM variant of GEK for WebCrypto-compatible groups.
crypto.js: SubtleCrypto importGEK + deriveChunkKey + decryptChunk.
Keys distinct from ChaCha20 via :aes HKDF info suffix. 4/4 tests.
74/74 tests total.
