* feat(cli): meshbay-cli, a command-line client for membersChristophe Besson2 days1-0/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Signs in to the hub, lists the account's groups and their folders, and downloads and uploads files directly with each group's node, end-to-end encrypted. With no argument it opens a two-pane interactive mode (Textual). Session and device keys are kept encrypted under the system's key storage, or a 0600 key file where there is none; node keys are pinned at first contact; a new machine links as a device. Packaged on its own on Linux (deb and rpm, on meshbay-common's venv, with a man page generated from the parser) and frozen next to meshbay-node in the full Windows installer, not the light one, with a self-test the build runs. client/keys.py ports keyderive.js and is LGPL like it. * test: add pytest-timeout and pin the Windows selector event loopChristophe Besson2026-09-041-0/+4
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | A hung test could wedge the whole run: aiortc's ICE stack never completes a loopback DataChannel handshake on Windows' default ProactorEventLoop, and nothing capped it. Two changes, both no-ops off Windows: - `timeout = 60` in the root pytest config (+ pytest-timeout in the dev extras) so a stall fails the test instead of the suite. - a root conftest that selects WindowsSelectorEventLoopPolicy on win32 only, which is what aiortc needs there. Trade-off, documented: the selector loop cannot spawn subprocesses on Windows, so the ffmpeg streaming tests fail there rather than pass -- they need a per-module override or skipif(win32). * chore: initialize monorepo structure for MeshBayChristophe Besson2026-08-091-0/+21
3-package layout: meshbay-common (shared crypto/protocol), meshbay-hub (FastAPI server), meshbay-node (local daemon). Includes validated POC spikes 1-6 in poc/, architecture drafts v1/v2 in docs/, and CLAUDE.md project conventions. All cryptographic primitives extracted from POC into meshbay_common/crypto.py (GEK wrap/unwrap, chunk key derivation, keystore encryption, chunk signing).
